We actually slept in until 11am!!   The hotel room has black out curtains so you have no idea what time it is.  Anyway, we decided to grab lunch (pizza) in the food court area of the MGM.  I really wanted to see Caesar's Palace so we jumped in a  cab.  It was even more incredible than I imagined.  However, my main goal for going there was because I was told they had Marilyn Monroe slot machines!!  We stayed and played for awhile then cabbed it back to the MGM.  We had to be at the Tropicana at 4pm to meet my friend Kim who I met when I went to LA in 2001.  Kim is a gorgeous Marilyn impersonator.  We hit the Rainforest Cafe inside the MGM for dinner then headed off to the Luxor for the Blue Man Group.  The show was great!  On the way back through NY NY we stopped at a bar called "Coyote Ugly" where I drank far too many purple hooters.  This was one really, really late night!  But you know that is the best time to play the slot machines....not very many people around and the waitresses seem to come by every couple of minutes :)

Inside Caesar's Palace the moon actually moves across the ceiling.

MARILYN MONROE slot machines!!!  Too bad she didn't bring me any luck!

This is me and Kim Kaines-Smith at the gift shop in the Tropicana.

The view of NY NY from the Tropicana is awesome.  I want to stay there someday!

The Blue Man Group show was incredible.  It was alot funnier than I expected.  The special effects were unreal and it was very interactive....and loud!

I couldn't believe that the BMG even came out after the show and posed for pictures for free.

The Bar at Coyote Ugly.....

I posed with Carey Grant on my way to bed.  This was the view as you look down the hallway from our room.. (At least he was in a movie with Marilyn).

I think this is the latest I have stayed up in my entire life!  They really must pump oxygen into the Casinos.
